Nemajūnai – gyvenvietė – urbanistinis draustinis yra Nemuno kilpų regioniniame parke, Punios kilpos dešiniajame krante. Jinai yra Birštono savivaldybėje, 6 km į pietryčius nuo Birštono, 8 km į pietvakarius nuo Jiezno. Kitoje Nemuno pusėje yra Punios šilas.
